AN.3.47/ 7. Saṅkhatalakkhaṇasuttaṃ
47. “Tīṇimāni, bhikkhave, saṅkhatassa saṅkhatalakkhaṇāni. Katamāni tīṇi? Uppādo paññāyati, vayo paññāyati, ṭhitassa aññathattaṃ paññāyati. Imāni kho, bhikkhave, tīṇi saṅkhatassa saṅkhatalakkhaṇānī”ti. Sattamaṃ.

「有為有為相(AA.22.5)；有為的有為相」(saṅkhatassa saṅkhatalakkhaṇāni)，菩提比丘長老英譯為「定義為條件所支配的特徵」(characteristics that define the conditioned)，並解說，直譯為「為條件所支配的為條件所支配特徵」(conditioned characteristics of the conditioned)，其重點不在於為條件所支配本身的特徵，而是它們決定了為條件所支配的(The point, however, is not that the characteristics themselves are conditioned or unconditioned, but that they determine the conditioned and the unconditioned as such)。
