  起源於舍衛城。
  「比丘們!你們要如理作意色,你們要如實察覺色的無常性。比丘們!當比丘如理作意色、如實察覺色的無常性時,在色上,從歡喜的滅盡有貪的滅盡;從貪的滅盡有歡喜的滅盡。從歡喜、貪的滅盡心被解脫,被稱為『善解脫』。
  比丘們!你們要如理作意受,你們要如實察覺受的無常性。比丘們!當比丘如理作意受、如實察覺受的無常性時,在受上厭,從歡喜的滅盡有貪的滅盡;從貪的滅盡有歡喜的滅盡。從歡喜、貪的滅盡心被解,這被稱為『善解脫』。比丘們!想……比丘們!你們要如理作意諸行,你們要如實察覺諸行的無常性。比丘們!當比丘如理作意諸行、如實察覺諸行的無常性時,在諸行上厭,從歡喜的滅盡有貪的滅盡;從貪的滅盡有歡喜的滅盡。從歡喜、貪的滅盡心被解,這被稱為『善解脫』。比丘們!你們要如理作意識,你們要如實察覺識的無常性。比丘們!當比丘如理作意識、如實察覺識的無常性時,在識上厭,從歡喜的滅盡有貪的滅盡;從貪的滅盡有歡喜的滅盡。從歡喜、貪的滅盡心被解,這被稱為『善解脫』。」
  以自己為島品第五,其攝頌
  「以自己為島、道跡,以及有二則無常性,
   認為、蘊,二則輸屢那與二則歡喜的滅盡。」
  根本五十則已完成。

  「那拘羅的父親與無常,負擔與以非你們的,
   以自己為島有五十則,以那個被稱為第一的。」

   52. Sāvatthinidānaṃ “Rūpaṃ bhikkhave, yoniso manasi karotha, rūpāniccatañca yathābhūtaṃ samanupassatha. Rūpaṃ, bhikkhave, bhikkhu yoniso manasi karonto, rūpāniccatañca yathābhūtaṃ samanupassanto rūpasmiṃ nibbindati. Nandikkhayā rāgakkhayo, rāgakkhayā nandikkhayo. Nandirāgakkhayā cittaṃ vimuttaṃ suvimuttanti vuccati. Vedanaṃ, bhikkhave, yoniso manasi karotha, vedanāniccatañca yathābhūtaṃ samanupassatha. Vedanaṃ, bhikkhave, bhikkhu yoniso manasi karonto, vedanāniccatañca yathābhūtaṃ samanupassanto vedanāya nibbindati. Nandikkhayā rāgakkhayo, rāgakkhayā nandikkhayo. Nandirāgakkhayā cittaṃ vimuttaṃ suvimuttanti vuccati. Viññāṇaṃ, bhikkhave, yoniso manasi karotha, viññāṇāniccatañca yathābhūtaṃ samanupassatha.    Attadīpā paṭipadā, dve ca honti aniccatā;
   Samanupassanā khandhā, dve soṇā dve nandikkhayena cāti.

   Tassa mūlapaṇṇāsakassa vagguddānaṃ–
   Nakulapitā anicco ca, bhāro natumhākena ca;
   Attadīpena paññāso, paṭhamo tena pavuccatīti.
